Printing and packaging process requires less than 7 business days to complete AFTER proof confirmation especially for custom orders. We use the following carriers USPS, UPS and FedEx and will choose the fastest service for you. Standard Shipping should take 5-10 business days to to deliver your package. Express (2-Day) shipping is also available at Check out.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed. Please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that we will not be able to amend or cancel orders with 'in-progress' status.

We are committed to our customers and want you to be satisfied with our products! In the event that the item arrives to you damaged, missing, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, please send a photo to our Customer Service team in 7 days of delivery date.

Due to the diversity and highly customizable nature of our products, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every unit is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of accessory for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving.

Our GPU backplates are made with high quality acrylic and will not effect your PC cooling performance in the slightest way! We can also do custom ventilation cut-outs upon request for stylistic purposes and not cutting off circulation of the GPU.

The magnetic version of the backplates provides a safer and easier way of installing it if you do not want to change anything on your GPU. With the magnets provided, you will not be required to remove or replace any screws at all.

The screw version of the backplate provides a more secure way of installing it as the backplate will never slide or move, even during transportation.

To create your Knight Owl Labs account, click on the icon located on the top right of the website. Follow the link to Sign-Up for an Account and you will then be prompted to fill out the information required such as first name, last name, email, and password.
