What is the estimated time of delivery?
Our team at Knight Owl Labs work tirelessly everyday to make sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. Printing and packaging process requires less than 7 business days to complete AFTER proof confirmation especially for custom orders. Delivery time varies from different shipping carriers and customer's locations.
What happens if my package is missing?
In the event of missing package, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
What shipping methods are available?
Knight Owl Labs offers free standard shipping for all U.S orders. Express shipping is available for $17.99. Shipping rate for for international orders is $19.99.Take a look at the full list of eligible countries for shipping is on our check out page.
How do I check my order status?
We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be shipped and when it has been picked up by our shipping carrier.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the following carriers USPS, UPS and FedEx and will choose the fastest service for you. Standard Shipping should take 5-10 business days to to deliver your package. Express (2-Day) shipping is also available at Check out.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed. Please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Return & Refund
What is the Return/Refund Policy?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be satisfied with our products! In the event that the item arrives to you damaged, missing, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, please send a photo to our Customer Care team in 7 days of delivery date.
Due to the diversity and highly customizable nature of our products, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every unit is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of accessory for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving.
