Order Defect Policy
We are committed to our customers and want you to be satisfied with our products! In the event that the item arrives to you damaged, missing, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, please send a photo to our Customer Service team in 7 days of delivery date.
Due to the diversity and highly customizable nature of our products, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every unit is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of accessory for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving.
